 A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. This ensures that we hold your puppy for you and no one else. The balance is due before or at the time of pickup/delivery. 

 It’s normal for your puppy to be a little quiet or tired after travel or a big change in environment. Give them time to adjust, offer water, a small meal, and a quiet space to rest. 

While Cavaliers are generally healthy when responsibly bred, they can be prone to certain breed-specific issues like heart conditions, ear infections, and luxating patellas. We screen all breeding dogs, but regular veterinary care is essential.
